Career Path Program

The Aspire High Youth Development Program meets one Saturday a month too various identified colleges and universities and other educational enrichment that youth would not normally visit. Career Path Program sessions include personal hands-on experiences, demonstrations and discussions understanding how the 18 Character Development and Leadership traits impact their post-secondary and work-place readiness opportunities. Program is design to help youth gain the experience and knowledge necessary to start making career decisions. Regardless of their background or academic interest our Career Path Program is a rewarding and fun way to explore future aspirations.

Instructional strategies and learning activities will be provided to make sure that the goals and expectations of students’ individualized learning plans are being met. Our youth work through problem-based activities, focus placed on soft skills. These skills will foster life-long learners who are productive citizens and workers in a global community. Career Path Program sessions build aspirations and social capital, offer enriching activities, foster rigorous academic preparation, encourage early college and career planning, and guide students and families through post-secondary options the support of program mentors.
